To hand wash clothes, use 1-2 measuring cups of the detergent per load (measuring cup is the container cap) depending on the laundry load size and on how dirty the clothes are. It would be better to soak the clothes in the solution consisting of water and the detergent liquid for 15 min.

To wash clothes in a washing machine, use 2-3 measuring cups of the detergent per load for 5kg washing machines.
